By accessing or using ClawFlow AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClawFlow AI is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides AI prompt templates, viral hook generation, script writing, and thumbnail prompt creation tools for content creators and marketers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Credits and Billing
Free accounts receive 10 AI generation credits. Paid plans provide additional credits as described on our pricing page. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated scripts to abuse the platform or circumvent usage limits
- Impersonate other users or entities
6. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using ClawFlow AI is yours to use. However, the Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and prompt templates, remains the intellectual property of ClawFlow AI. You may not copy or redistribute our prompt library.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClawFlow AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.
